We do NOT offer any type of refund. All sales are final. If you receive your product damaged, you have 72 hours from delivery to email hexedinferno13@gmail.com with your full name, order #, product issue and provide photos. We will gladly replace damaged items if provided with appropriate information.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

All orders ship between 3-5 business days.
