Return and Exchange Policy

We do NOT offer any type of refund or exchanges after 14 days of purchasing.

If you receive your product defected/damaged, you have 14 days from delivery to email our business at hexedinferno13@gmail.com. You must provide your full name, order #, product issue and provide photos. We will gladly replace damaged items if provided with appropriate information and within the timeframe. 

We feel 14 days is plenty of time to inspect the garment, wash and wear a couple of times to be sure your satisfied. 
Normal wear and tear on garments is not considered damaged or defective. 

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
